Overview: Job Queue

The Job Queue helps you manage the server deployment jobs created and the inventory retrieval jobs scheduled by:
  • Displaying the server deployment jobs submitted with the deployment wizard.
  • Refreshing the Deployment Jobs or Inventory/Warranty History queues.
  • Scheduling an an inventory job to gather Dell server attributes found in this vCenter.
Important: To ensure up-to-date information, you should schedule the inventory job to run regularly. At minimum, Dell recommends running a weekly inventory. The inventory job consumes minimal resources and will not degrade host performance.
