Overview: Settings - Warranty Schedule
This setting helps you control when warranty information is retrieved from Dell online by:
- Enabling or disabling scheduling the warranty retrieval
- Setting a specific day(s) and time to retrieve warranty updates
- Optionally using the defined proxy server (and its credentials) settings
Tasks
To change the warranty retrieval schedule:
- Click Edit.
- The retrieval job can run:
- On selected days at a set time
- At periodic intervals
- Never, click Do not run Warranty.
- Select Use Proxy to have the warranty retrieval job use defined proxy server and credentials.
- Click Apply to change warranty update schedule.
